Pedare Christian College Senior Learning Centre
A spectacular new learning centre over 2 levels incorporating state of the art teaching, performing, and student breakout areas. Marshall and Brougham have constructed many award-winning buildings at the College over 25 years.
Incorporating state of the art design and materials this complex new building is situated on a sloping block requiring extensive excavation and retaining walls. The structure incorporates post tension suspended slabs over a unique shaped footprint. The finishes are of the highest quality where senior students will thrive in their inspiring environment.

Harrington Apartments
This project required detailed demolition and civil work, to create a substantial basement car park over the entire site. A complex structural design and stunning living and communal areas. This landmark apartment is the bench mark for quality medium density living in an important urban corridor on Prospect Road.


Harbour Town Eats
Marshall & Brougham Constructions has recently completed the Harbour Town Eats project, a dynamic food and hospitality arcade in the thriving Harbour Town Shopping Precinct. With a range of food tenancies and customer dining areas, this project enhances the overall shopping experience for all patrons, showcasing the company's innovative construction capabilities and commitment to quality.


Temple Christian College COLA
This difficult project required detailed demolition of existing areas for new fit out of teaching areas including a new science laboratory. An existing outdoor sporting precinct was covered with a distinctive structure, integrated within the confines of a busy school precinct.


Klemzig Townhouses
Marshall & Brougham has completed the Klemzig Townhouses project, involving the demolition of an existing office and warehouse to construct 10 x two-storey townhouses with courtyard gardens and a common driveway. This development has revitalised a tired industrial site into a modern residential precinct, showcasing our commitment to quality craftsmanship and transformative construction projects.


Jarvis Toyota Somerton Park
Construction of a new Toyota dealership for new and used cars, service and administration centre, and warehouse store.
Bringing together 5 existing old warehouses over seven titles into an integrated purpose-built modern car dealership, including a new showroom and administration areas. Construction was staged and planned to allow Jarvis Toyota to transfer its operations from its existing facility, now demolished to its brand-new location. Toyota have described this dealership as a benchmark.

Tryp by Wyndham Hotel Pulteney Street and Office
This project involved the construction of:
• 12-level hotel with 120 guest rooms
• Restaurant and bar
• Boardroom and gym
• Adjoining new 8-level office building

Davaar House
Built in 1876, Davaar House has been derelict for over 10 years. This award-winning restoration has maintained the building's traditional charm while adding contemporary elements to create a day spa, and amenities such as consultation rooms, yoga studio, and cafe. All aspects of the restoration have been expertly planned and crafted, resulting in a place that radiates peace and encourages wellbeing.


Westbourne Park Primary School Redevelopment
A major extension involving refurbishment and demolition works to turn the existing front office and administration area, which was part of the original school (from 1914) into a contemporary resource centre.
The Westbourne Park Primary School Redevelopment comprised a major extension involving three stages:
• Refurbishment and demolition works of the existing main office to OHSC and staff facilities
• Renovation of heritage areas for the new resource centre
• Central staff and student hub, library and new teaching areas

Murray Bridge Racecourse Stables and Equine Pool
Located on over 110,000m² of vacant land adjacent to the new Murray Bridge Horse Racing Club.
This project consisted of:
• Extensive civil and stormwater enabling works
•The construction of six horse stable buildings
• 70-metre long equine pool
• Training enclosures and horse walkers
• Vehicle and float parking

Murray Bridge Racing Club
This project involved the construction of:
• 800-person function centre
• Kitchens, restaurants and seven bars
• Grandstand viewing areas
• Judges' suites
• Administration centre

This project involved the construction of:
•14-level building with 60 residential apartments
• Multi-level car park

• Landscaping and heritage works to existing building

Hamilton Secondary College Planetarium and Performing Arts Centre
This project consisted of:
• Demolition of seven buildings
•Construction of a new performing arts centre
• Construction of Planetarium
• Major refurbishments to three buildings including gym
• Structural upgrade and major refurbishment to an existing classroom teaching area
• Extensive landscaping which tastefully integrated the spectacular new facility into the existing school
The planetarium is only the second permanent planetarium in South Australia and is to be used to further enhance the Hamilton Space Academy Teaching Program.
Many students were able to participate in various ways during the construction through the Student Immersion Program.

• Two 6-level towers including 36 apartments

The building is located on three boundaries requiring deep excavation adjacent to heritage properties to the east and west and the busy Norwood Parade on the north side.
High quality finishes and quality workmanship are a feature of this property.

One On The Park Apartments
Marshall & Brougham Constructions was asked to assist the developer in completing the project from early in its construction and facilitated all construction, purchaser changes, and final handover.
This project involved the construction of:
• 9-level complex with 58 apartments and basement
• Extensive outdoor entertainment areas, decks and balconies
• Ground floor retail and office
• Internal common areas
• Gym
• Ground floor cafe
• Eight 2-level townhouses
• Full renovation of "St Margaret's" heritage house into commercial offices

• Construction of a new teaching facility overlooking the main oval
• Extensive landscaping and significant service upgrades including mains electricity, sewer, and water upgrades

Scotch College, Rosevear Boarding House
Construction of school boarding house, integrating heritage buildings and sensitive environmental elements of the senior school.
The building was a complex circular design incorporating the highest quality external and internal finishes.
The works required a connection to the existing boarding house which was modified and refurbished.

Cedar Apartments
Cedar Apartments consisted of a two 9-level apartment towers containing 62 high-end apartments and a basement carpark.
The building is located directly adjacent to the lake with the basement constructed below the water level of the lake.

St Agnes Shopping Centre
This project involved the construction of:
• Aldi supermarket
• Retail tenancies
• 500 carpark spaces

Walford Sports Pavilion
Construction of Sports Pavilion which includes all change room facilities, storage and cafe area and reception spaces.
This facility is a multi-purpose space that serves the school community well, especially its sporting program for both Walford students and visiting teams.

Paramount Browns
The building is a warehouse retail facility with internal/external areas of retail space over 2500m² (including extensive storage, car parking, back of house offices, and amenities). This complex structure is constructed into a sloping block which required extensive civil work over multiple levels


Eldercare Wayville
The initial scope (and first stage) was to build a stand-alone 2-level facility, comprising of 38 new bedrooms and ensuites.
This scope also included new communal areas and extensive outdoor zones, staffing and administrative facilities, a large multi-function space, new lift and linkway into the existing building.
Based on the successful delivery and completion of the first stage, Eldercare allowed for 3 additional stages of work to be undertaken and insisted that Project Leader Matthew Green supervised all additional work.
This work included the internal and external complete refurbishment of the heritage listed "Whitehouse."
This included detailed heritage stone repair to the main structure, including columns and arches of the main facade and refurbishment of the existing 89 bedrooms.
This scope also included new communal areas and extensive outdoor zones, staffing and administrative facilities, a large multi-function space, new lift and linkway into the existing building.

Major extension of 107 resident rooms to existing facility that was previously constructed by Marshall & Brougham Constructions.
The extension included all ancillary works—lounges, dining areas, recreational facilities, kitchen, and car parking.

Rebuilding of new maternity wing comprising 8 specialist maternity bedrooms, new nurse station, isolation rooms, nursery, and staff facilities.

• Three new birthing suites including specialist services, birthing bath, and cosy cots.
• New consult outpatient area comprising reception and waiting area
• Consultants' examination rooms

Prince Alfred College Preparatory School Redevelopment (Under Construction)
The Prince Alfred College Preparatory School Redevelopment is a transformative project aimed at delivering state-of-the-art facilities to enhance the learning environment for students.
The project includes the partial demolition of existing structures and hard landscaping, comprehensive enabling works, and the delivery of new administration and learning buildings. It also features covered walkways linking the buildings, extensive landscaping works, classroom refurbishments, and upgrades to the internal College pedestrian boulevard.
